Can't wait for your IKOU order to arrive? Here's everything you need to know about tracking your delivery.
Your Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email with a link to follow your delivery in real time.
- Check your inbox and junk folder if you haven't received your tracking email
- Click the tracking link to follow your order's progress at any time
Delivery Timeframes

During Sale Periods
Ordering during one of our sale events? Due to higher order volumes, processing times may take a little longer than usual.
- Orders are processed within 7 days of ordering during sale periods
- You'll still receive your tracking email once your order is on its way
- Delivery remains 1–3 days after dispatch
