What Rewards and Benefits Can I Receive?
As a member of The Interval, you can unlock a range of rewards and benefits as you shop with IKOU and progress through the membership levels.
The rewards available to you will depend on your Membership Level, eligibility and the individual conditions of each reward.
What Types of Rewards Are Available?
The Interval rewards and benefits may include:
- Birthday rewards
- Anniversary rewards
- Membership Level Entry Rewards
- Welcome or Level Entry purchase rewards
- Exclusive member offers and promotions
- Early access opportunities
- Spa and partner benefits
- Curated gifts and member experiences
Rewards and gift items may change over time and are subject to availability.
How Will I Know When I Have a Reward?
We'll send you an email when:
- You move into a new Membership Level
- A new reward becomes available
- You unlock a special offer
- You're getting close to reaching the next Membership Level
You can also check your available rewards at any time through your IKOU account.
Do Rewards Have Conditions?
Some rewards have individual conditions, such as:
- A minimum spend
- An expiry date
- Product or purchase exclusions
Always check the conditions displayed with your reward before redeeming it.
Can Rewards Change?
Yes. The products, gifts and benefits offered through The Interval may change and are subject to availability.
