What is The Interval Loyalty Program?
The Interval is IKOU's loyalty program, created to reward you as you shop and experience IKOU.
Your membership is based on your Eligible Spend over a rolling 12-month period. As your eligible spend grows, you can progress through four membership levels and unlock additional rewards, gifting and exclusive member benefits along the way.
The Four Membership Levels

|---|---|
| Reset | $0–$199 |
| Restore | $200–$749 |
| Renew | $750–$1,499 |
| Radiate | $1,500+ |
Your membership level is determined by your qualifying purchases during the previous rolling 12 months.
How It Works
When you shop online or at participating IKOU stores, eligible purchases linked to your The Interval membership contribute towards your membership level.
As you progress through the levels, you may unlock benefits including:
- Birthday and anniversary rewards
- Membership Level Entry Rewards
- Exclusive promotional offers
- Early access opportunities
- Spa and partner benefits
- Curated gifts and member experiences
Rewards and benefits may vary and are subject to availability.
Your membership level will generally update within 24–48 hours after you reach the required eligible spend.
How to View Your Membership
Log into your IKOU account using the email address associated with your The Interval membership.
Once logged in, you can view your Membership Benefits, current membership level, eligible spend and available rewards.
It's important to use the same email address associated with your membership when shopping online or in-store so eligible purchases can be correctly linked to your account.
