What is IKOU's Shipping & Delivery Policy?

We want your IKOU order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

Australian Shipping Costs

How Will My Order Be Sent?

IKOU orders are sent via Australia Post or courier, depending on your order and delivery location.

Australian orders are generally received within 1–3 days of ordering. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and delays may occur during busy sale periods.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are fulfilled on business days.

We do not fulfil orders on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed during these periods will be processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking information via email so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

International shipping charges cover delivery into the destination country only.

Any local taxes, customs charges or import duties are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

As these charges vary between countries, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
