What is an IKOU subscription?

Never run out of your favourite IKOU products again. Our subscription program makes it easy to have the products you love delivered automatically — with savings and a schedule that suits you.

Subscription Benefits

• Save 15% on eligible products when you subscribe
• Choose a delivery frequency of every 30, 60 or 90 days
• Receive an email reminder 5 days before your next scheduled order
• Easily skip deliveries, change your frequency, update products or manage your subscription through your IKOU account
• Update your delivery and payment details when needed

Please note: Product bundles already include savings and may not receive an additional subscription discount.

How It Works

1. Choose an eligible IKOU product.
2. Select Subscribe on the product page.
3. Choose your preferred delivery frequency — every 30, 60 or 90 days.
4. Complete your checkout as usual.

Your first order will be processed when you complete your purchase, with future orders automatically scheduled according to your selected frequency.

We'll send you a reminder email 5 days before your next scheduled order, giving you time to review your subscription and make any changes before it is processed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your IKOU account using the email address associated with your subscription and navigating to Subscriptions.
