What Are The Interval Membership Levels?
The Interval has four membership levels, designed to recognise and reward you as your eligible spend with IKOU grows over time.
Your membership level is based on your total Eligible Spend over the previous rolling 12 months.
The Interval Membership Levels

| Reset | $0 – $199 |
| Restore | $200 – $749 |
| Renew | $750 – $1,499 |
| Radiate | $1,500+ |
As you progress through the membership levels, you'll unlock additional rewards, benefits and experiences.
How Do I Move Up a Membership Level?
Your level is determined automatically based on your Eligible Spend over the previous rolling 12 months.
Once you reach the spend required for the next level, your membership will generally update automatically within approximately 24–48 hours.
For example, if you're currently a Reset member and your Eligible Spend reaches $200 within the rolling 12-month period, you'll move into Restore.
Can My Membership Level Go Down?
Yes. Your level is based on a rolling 12-month spend, rather than a fixed calendar or membership year.
As older purchases move outside the 12-month period, your Eligible Spend may decrease. If it falls below the required spend for your current level, your membership level may also change.
Your The Interval membership itself does not expire unless it is cancelled or terminated. Only your membership level may change over time.
How Can I Check My Level?
Log into your IKOU account using the email address associated with The Interval.
From your account, head to Membership Benefits to view your current membership level and Eligible Spend.
