The quality of our products starts with the quality of our ingredients — and the care with which we source them.
Wild-Harvested Botanicals
IKOU prioritises ingredients that are both powerful and responsibly sourced. Our wild-harvested botanicals are:
- Collected from untouched natural environments — free from industrial farming
- Naturally rich in nutrients due to their wild growing conditions
- Harvested sustainably to protect the ecosystems they come from
A great example is our Kakadu Plum — one of the world's richest sources of Vitamin C — which grows abundantly in the pristine ecosystems of Australia's Northern Territory.
Wild-harvested ingredients are marked with # on our product labels. Where availability varies with nature, some products note "#wild-harvested when available" to reflect seasonal changes.

We source wild ingredients with deep respect for the communities and lands they come from. IKOU partners with Indigenous communities through sustainable harvesting programs that:

Hand-Blended with Care
Every IKOU product is carefully hand-blended in small batches by our dedicated team. This ensures:
- Precise measuring and mixing for consistent quality
- Thorough testing for ingredient integrity
- Preservation of the potency of natural botanicals and essential oils
