Things to Check First

When to Replace Your Reeds
Over time, reeds become saturated and clogged with oil — reducing their ability to draw fragrance up and disperse it into the air. Signs it's time to replace your reeds:
- The scent has noticeably reduced despite oil still being present in the vessel
- Reeds appear discoloured or darkened along their full length
- Flipping the reeds no longer improves scent throw

Placement Tips for Best Performance
Where you place your diffuser makes a bigger difference than you might think:
- Position in a hallway, entrance, or room with natural airflow — gentle movement helps carry the scent
- Avoid placing directly under air conditioning vents or fans — strong airflow causes the oil to evaporate too quickly
- Place on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Avoid placing directly under shelves or in enclosed corners where airflow is limited
