How often will I receive my subscription?

Your IKOU subscription works around your routine — choose the delivery frequency that suits you best and update it whenever your needs change.

Available Delivery Frequencies

You can choose to receive your subscription:

• Every 30 days
• Every 60 days
• Every 90 days

You can change your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your IKOU account and navigating to Subscriptions.

When Will My Subscription Order Process?

Your subscription order will automatically process on your scheduled billing date using the payment method associated with your subscription.

Once payment has been successfully processed, your order will move through to our team for fulfilment and dispatch.

Billing Reminder

We'll send you an email reminder 5 days before your next scheduled billing date, giving you time to review your upcoming order and make any changes if needed.

Please note: Any changes to your upcoming subscription should be made before your scheduled billing date. Once your order has been processed, changes cannot be applied to that order.

You can review your upcoming billing date at any time through Subscriptions within your IKOU account.
