How Do The Interval Birthday Rewards Work?
As a member of The Interval, you may be eligible to receive a special birthday reward based on your Membership Level.
To be eligible, you must have an active The Interval membership and have added your birthday to your Member Profile before your birthday.
How Do I Receive My Birthday Reward?
To make sure you're eligible:
- Join The Interval.
- Add your date of birth to your Member Profile before your birthday.
- Keep an eye on your email and IKOU account for your birthday reward.
- Log into your account and navigate to Current Available Discounts & Offers to view your available reward.
Birthday gifts vary depending on your Membership Level and are subject to change and availability.
Redeeming Your Birthday Reward Online
Your birthday reward can be redeemed online from 1 day before your birthday until 14 days after your birthday.
A minimum spend of $30 applies when claiming your birthday reward online.
Simply log into your IKOU account and head to Current Available Discounts & Offers to locate and redeem your birthday reward.
Prefer to Collect Your Birthday Gift In-Store?
You can also visit an IKOU store and our team can assist with your birthday gift in-store at any time.
Make sure you provide the email address associated with your The Interval membership so the team can locate your account.
Why Haven't I Received My Birthday Reward?
First, check that:
- Your The Interval membership is active.
- Your birthday was added to your Member Profile before your birthday.
- You're logged into the account associated with your membership.
The Loyalty Guide also notes that any applicable communication or eligibility requirements must be met.
If you believe you're eligible but your birthday reward isn't showing, please contact our Customer Care team so we can review your account.
