How do I update my subscription shipping address?

Moving house or need your subscription sent somewhere new? You can update your shipping address directly through your IKOU account.

How to Update Your Shipping Address

1. Visit the IKOU website and select the Account icon.
2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
3. A verification code will be sent to your email — enter this code to securely log in.
4. Navigate to My Account → Subscriptions.
5. Open your active subscription.
6. Navigate to Shipping Information.
7. Select Edit on the right-hand side.
8. Enter your new shipping address.
9. Select Save to confirm your changes.

Your updated address will apply to your future subscription orders.

Good to Know

• Make sure your shipping address is updated before your next subscription order processes.
• Updating your address applies to future subscription orders only.
• An order that has already been processed will not automatically update to your new address.
• Updating the shipping address elsewhere in your IKOU account may not necessarily update the address attached to your active subscription, so we recommend checking your subscription details directly.

Once an order has entered our warehouse picking and packing process, we may be unable to change or redirect it.
