How Do I Move Up or Maintain My Membership Level?
Your The Interval Membership Level is based on your Eligible Spend with IKOU over the previous rolling 12-month period.
As your Eligible Spend increases, you can progress through the four membership levels and unlock additional rewards and benefits.
How Do I Move Up a Level?
The Interval has four membership levels:
| Membership Level | Eligible Spend |
|---|---|
| Reset | $0 – $199 |
| Restore | $200 – $749 |
| Renew | $750 – $1,499 |
| Radiate | $1,500+ |
Once your Eligible Spend reaches the threshold for the next level, your membership will automatically update, generally within approximately 24–48 hours.
There's no need to manually request an upgrade.
How Do I Maintain My Level?
Your membership level isn't based on a calendar year. Instead, we look at your Eligible Spend during the previous rolling 12 months.
To remain within your current level, your Eligible Spend needs to continue meeting the required threshold for that level.
As older purchases move outside the rolling 12-month period, your Eligible Spend may increase or decrease depending on your more recent purchases. This means your membership level can also change over time.
Does My Membership Expire?
No. Your The Interval membership does not expire unless it is cancelled or terminated.
Your membership level, however, is continually assessed according to your Eligible Spend over the previous rolling 12 months.
How Can I Check My Progress?
Log into your IKOU account using the email address associated with your The Interval membership and head to Membership Benefits.
Here you can review your current membership level and Eligible Spend.
