How Do I Join The Interval Loyalty Program?
Joining The Interval is complimentary and allows you to access IKOU loyalty rewards, member benefits and exclusive offers.
How to Join
You can join The Interval online through the IKOU website:
- Visit The Interval membership page.
- Select Join The Interval.
- Enter the requested details, including your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth.
- Complete your registration.
Once you've joined, your membership will be linked to the email address you registered with.
How to Access Your Membership
Once registered:
- Visit the IKOU website and select the Account icon.
- Enter the email address associated with your membership.
- A verification code will be sent to your email.
- Enter the code to securely access your account.
- From your account, you can access Membership Benefits to view your current membership level and eligible spend.
- You can also view Current Available Discounts & Offers to see rewards and offers available to you.
Shopping In-Store?
You can also join The Interval at participating IKOU stores. Our team can assist you with creating your membership and ensuring your purchase is linked to your account.
Good to Know
- The Interval membership is complimentary.
- Use the same email address associated with your membership when shopping online or in-store so your eligible purchases are correctly linked to your account.
- Simply having an IKOU account or receiving IKOU emails does not automatically mean you're enrolled in The Interval — you need to join the loyalty program to begin accessing its benefits.
- Your membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
