How do I cancel my subscription?

We'd hate to see you go, but we understand that your needs can change. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your IKOU account.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your IKOU account using the email address associated with your subscription.
2. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
3. Navigate to My Account → Subscriptions.
4. Open the active subscription you would like to cancel.
5. Select Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow the prompts and confirm your cancellation.

Once cancelled, no further subscription orders will be scheduled.

Please note: Cancelling your subscription will not cancel an order that has already been processed. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next scheduled billing date.

Not Ready to Cancel Just Yet?

If you simply need more time before your next delivery, you can skip an upcoming order or change your delivery frequency to every 30, 60 or 90 days instead.

You can make these changes through the Subscriptions section of your IKOU account.
