Can I Use Multiple The Interval Rewards on One Order?

Yes! You can use multiple eligible The Interval rewards or benefits in the same transaction, provided each reward meets its individual terms and conditions.

How Does It Work?

Each reward has its own eligibility requirements, which may include:

• An expiry date
• Product exclusions

If you have more than one reward available and your purchase meets the requirements for each, you may be able to redeem them together.

Where Can I See My Available Rewards?

To check your rewards:

1. Visit the IKOU website and select the Account icon.
2. Enter the email address associated with your The Interval membership.
3. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
4. Navigate to Current Available Discounts & Offers.
5. Review your available rewards and their individual redemption conditions.

Can I Combine Rewards In-Store?

Eligible rewards can also be redeemed at participating IKOU stores.

Provide the email address associated with your The Interval membership so our team can locate your account, check your available rewards and confirm which can be redeemed together.
