Can I add one-time products to my subscription order?

Yes! You can purchase one-time products alongside your subscription items. It’s a great way to try something new without adding it to your recurring subscription.

When Starting a New Subscription

When placing your first subscription order:

1. Add your subscription products and select your preferred delivery frequency.
2. Add any one-time purchase products to your cart as usual.
3. Complete checkout.

Both your subscription and one-time products will be included in your order.

Please note: Only products selected as a subscription will continue to be delivered automatically. One-time purchase products will not repeat.

Adding a One-Time Product to an Upcoming Subscription

You can also add products to an upcoming subscription delivery without making them part of your recurring order.

1. Log in to your IKOU account using the email address associated with your subscription.
2. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
3. Navigate to My Account → Subscriptions.
4. Open your active subscription and locate Upcoming Shipments.
5. Select Order Add-Ons.
6. Choose the products you would like to add.
7. Select Save Add-Ons to confirm.

Your add-on products will be included with that upcoming shipment only and will not be added to your recurring subscription.

Important: Add-ons need to be added before your upcoming subscription order is processed. Once an order has entered our warehouse picking and packing process, we're unable to add further products.
